2707 holds in vial during injection, injection not run - WKB68826

SYMPTOMS

• 2707 holds in vial during injection
• Run Samples window shows "Waiting for Injection"
• Symptom persists with other methods, projects, etc.

ENVIRONMENT

• 2707 Sample Manager

CAUSE

Unknown, possibly corrupt DHCP configuration

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Navigate to C:\Empower\Instruments.
2. Run Waters DHCP Server Configuration.exe.
3. Select the 2707 Sample Manager and click <Remove>.
4. Cycle power on the 2707, wait for it to repopulate in the DHCP server.
5. Confirm functionality.
