ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - Flow Through Needle PLUS (SM-FTN PLUS)
CAUSE
Needle tubing snagged on vials. Most likely the sample plate was not inserted into the SM-FTN properly.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the SM-FTN needle with a needle appropriate for the configuration.
