- No instruments visible in the node properties
- Instruments populate in DHCP
- ACQUITY UPLC Console is blank
- Restarting does not resolve the communication issue
- ACQUITY UPLC System and Empower installation on a new computer

CAUSE
No drivers not present to control the instruments through Empower.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Consult release notes for compatibility requirements prior to installation.
- Install Driver Pack 2016 Release 2 (DP2016R2) to be able to control the instruments with Empower.
- Install Driver Pack 2022 Release 1 (DP2022R1) to be able to control the instruments with Empower 3 for Windows 10 computer
