2695 injector not placing sample onto column - WKB66076

SYMPTOMS

• No peaks in chromatogram

CAUSE

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Verify/Adjust the sensor bracket spacing on the injector to 5/16''
2. Adjust the seal pack
3. Verify the parameters for Top, Bottom and Width are with in specification
4. Accept results
