Regeneration pump 1525µ stops flow during the run - WKB64350

SYMPTOMS

  • Regeneration pump 1525µ pump switches off the flow during the run
  • Randomly, every few samples, the flow profile drops to baseline
  • Changing the run time may change the time interval at which the flow stops occur
  • Degasser LED may be flashing

 

ENVIRONMENT

  • 1525µ Binary HPLC Pump

CAUSE

A faulty degasser pump times out without displaying any error in the software or the pump.

 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the degasser pump.
