Column active preheater is not supported with current configuration - Resetting does not resolve
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager-Flow Through Needle
- ACQUITY UPLC Column Manager
- 30-cm Column Heater
CAUSE
The active pre-heater is not connected to the 30 cm column heater, while the active pre-heater configuration in FTN Instrument Method is "enable"
FIX or WORKAROUND
Set the active pre-heater to "disable” in FTN Instrument Method.
