SYMPTOMS
- 2414 RID displays the error "Detector oven overtemp. (ºC)" when reaching the set temperature
- After errors appears, temperature turns OFF and decreases
ENVIRONMENT
- 2414 Refractive Index Detector
CAUSE
The Alarm limit for the temperature is set to OFF,
FIX or WORKAROUND
In the 2414 display, on the TempºC screen, set the limit to 5 °C instead of OFF.
