FIX or WORKAROUND

Full reboot following this procedure:

  1. Navigate to C:\Program files X86\Waters Instruments, and then open the Waters DHCP Server Configuration.
  2. Remove all the components found in this list.
  3. Power-off the LC components and the PC (shutdown, not a restart).
  4. Power-on the PC and log in to Windows. Follow step 1 to navigate to the Waters DHCP Server Configuration. As the components are powered back on, they should repopulate in this window.
  5. Power-on the sample manager and wait for it to populate in the DHCP. When the sample manager is present, power-on the rest of the LC stack. Wait for all components to repopulate in the DHCP window before moving to the next step.
  6. When the LC components have populated all four columns in the DHCP window, you can launch MassLynx.
  7. Launch MassLynx and the ACQUITY console and ensure that communications are established.
