CAUSE

Samples are drying up on the needle carriage assembly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Remove and rinse the needle carriage assembly under warm water to remove residual sample.
  2. Manually check the movement.
  3. Reinstall the needle carriage assembly.
  4. Perform calibration procedures.
