Baseline noises with 2414 detector - WKB59481

SYMPTOMS

• Baseline noise with 2414 Refractive Index Detector
• There are no pressure ripples of pump flow
• Baseline noise didn't occur in stop flow

ENVIRONMENT

• 2414 Refractive Index Detector

CAUSE

3-way Recycle Valve (part number 700002362) block.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove the tube at the entrance of the 3-way Recycle Valve (lower valve) that connects from the 2-Way Solenoid Valve (valve upper left)
2. If baseline noise is gone, blockage in 3-way Recycle Valve
3. Replace the 3-way Recycle Valve
