Unhandled Exception error when configuring two BSMs in ACQUITY console for a nanoAcquity 2D or M-Class 2D configuration.
ENVIRONMENT
- nanoACQUITY UPLC with driver pack 1.53
- ACQUITY M-Class UPLC with driver pack 1.53
CAUSE
Administrator privileges are not set correctly.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Open ACQUITY console from the Waters Instruments/Bin directory. Right-click and select "run as administrator".
