SYMPTOMS

• Wash syringe fails the leak test
• Both or one of the wash syringes fails the Wash syringe leak test
• All other tests pass 

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - Fixed Loop
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
• ACQUITY UPC² System

CAUSE

Leaking wash syringe

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace the wash syringe.
2. Thoroughly prime the wash syringes prior to run the Wash syringe leak test.
