- Stop Flow Active error in ACQUITY Console
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY H-Class
- Quaternary Solvent Manager (QSM)
- QDa
CAUSE
API source gas is turned off on the QDa.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Turn on API source gas on QDa.
- In ACQUITY Console, highlight QSM.
- Go to Control > Reset QSM.
- Set QDA to Operate mode.
