"Shutter failed to home" error seen for PDA after replacing lamp - WKB54478

SYMPTOMS
- Error "Shutter failed to home" appears in the console after a lamp change
- PDA status LED flashes red
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC PDA Detector
- 2998 Photodiode Array Detector
CAUSE
Installation of lamp is incorrect. The cutout on the lamp base plate does not align with the pin on the lamp housing.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Ensure that the lamp position is correct. See the illustration below.
