SYMPTOMS
- The prime/purge valve is leaking
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance HPLC System
- 2695 Separations Module
CAUSE
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Rebuild the prime/ vent Valve (Rebuild kit: WAT270936)
- Perform a static leak test (if failed continue to 3)
- Replace the Prime/Vent Valve (WAT270965).
- Perform a static leak test to ensure that the fittings are tight (refer to Section 8.4.3 (Rev. C) of the Alliance e2695 Separations Module Operator’s Guide).
