CM-A Advanced Mode: eCords are only recorded in column position 1 - WKB5334

SYMPTOMS

• Column 2 would not read any column history. It appears that no column data is being stored.

ENVIRONMENT

• H-Class ACQUITY Column Manager - Active

• I-Class ACQUITY Column Manager - Active

• ACQUITY UPLC Systems with 2D Technology

CAUSE

• Advanced mode turns off eCord functionality. All injections are being recorded to a single column position in advanced mode of operation. 
• eCords are only recorded in column position 1.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• Comprehensive eCord support in advanced mode is not possible to fully manage when considering custom configurations from a software perspective.
• There is limited support for eCord in the advanced mode.
