SYMPTOMS

• No signal or no data 
• FLR sat idle after annual PM
• New lamp 
• No leaks detected

ENVIRONMENT

• 2475 Multi-Wavelength Fluorescence Detector
• ACQUITY UPLC FLR Detector

CAUSE

Detector is saturated.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Run fresh HPLC-grade water through the flow cell for 15 minutes.
2. Reboot the detector.
3. Perform normalization. (See screen shot and links below.)
