"Organizer configuration modified" error on ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer - WKB53073

SYMPTOMS

• "Organizer configuration modified" error seen for ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer

• Rebooting PC and modules does not resolve issue

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• ACQUITY UPLC

CAUSE

The sample organizer detected a change in configuration.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove all sample plates from the sample organizer.

2. In the ACQUITY console, go to Sample Organizer > Configure > Scan and Store Shelf Layout, and perform the function twice.

3. Return the sample plates to the sample organizer and click the "Verify" button in the Sample Organizer console.
