SYMPTOMS

• Seal-wash pump is making no sound
• Unable to pump seal wash

CAUSE

Defective seal-wash solenoid

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace seal-wash pump (WAT270926).
2. If seal wash pump is still not making noise, it could be a faulty PCB. Replace pump driver PCB (WAT270919).
3. Verfiy functionality by performing seal wash priming.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A Waters trained engineer may need to replace defective parts.
