CAUSE
Leaking primary i2V assembly
FIX or WORKAROUND
1. Make sure i2V check valve is properly installed
2. Replace the i2V check valve assembly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Before replacing the i2V actuator, make sure the connection to the personality PCB is secure.
