- Following PM
- Replaced Valve 1
- Replaced Valve 3
- Rebuilt Valve 2
- Failed compression test and gave error message "sample syringe over pressure"
- SystemsQT failed injector linearity and accuracy
ENVIRONMENT
- 2695 Separations Module
- Alliance HPLC System
CAUSE
Faulty Valve 2
FIX or WORKAROUND
- HP Valve Rebuild Kit, PN WAT045424, if rebuild still not successful as corrective action, then proceed to next step.
- Replaced with new HP Motorized Valve, PN WAT045438.
- Replaced New style Seal pack assembly with firmware v3.04 or higher, PN 700011784.
