Alliance 2695 SystemsQT fails injector linearity and accuracy - WKB49031

SYMPTOMS

• Following PM
• Replaced Valve 1
• Replaced Valve 3
• Rebuilt Valve 2
• Failed compression test and gave error message  "sample syringe over pressure"
• SystemsQT failed injector linearity and accuracy 

ENVIRONMENT

• 2695 Separations Module
• Alliance HPLC System

CAUSE

Faulty Valve 2

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. HP Valve Rebuild Kit, PN WAT045424, if rebuild still not successful as corrective action, then proceed to next step.
2. Replaced with new HP Motorized Valve, PN WAT045438.
3. Replaced  New style Seal pack assembly with firmware v3.04 or higher,  PN 700011784.
