SYMPTOMS

• No peaks observed following injection of sample on a 2795

ENVIRONMENT

• Alliance 2795

CAUSE

Deck offset calibration is off.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. In the instrument console, select "Diag".
2. Select "Change needle". (The needle moves to the back of the XYZ assembly.)
3. Press "Ok". (The needle moves back to the injector assembly.)
4. The needle deck offset calibrates automatically.
