CAUSE
Air in the needle weak wash line
FIX or WORKAROUND
Prime the sample manager syringes for several cycles, typically three, to remove all air from the needle weak wash line.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It is possible to slide out the fluidics drawer on the sample manager, which makes easier to view the needle wash syringes. Ensure that there is no air in either syringe before trying an injection.
