Alliance 2695 "Inject Start" does not trigger the third-party detector to collect data - WKB4427

SYMPTOMS

• Inject Start, which is set up correctly from Alliance, does not trigger data collection
• The cables are correct on the Alliance

ENVIRONMENT

• Alliance 2695
• Third-party detector
• Empower

CAUSE

Inject Start I/O signal connections are not working for this detector.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Connect the cables from the detector to the I/O signal connectors for Switch 1.
2. Enable a timed event in the Alliance 2695 instrument method in Empower.
