  • SM-FTN syringe leak test fails
  • Carry-over
  • Poor reproducibility

ENVIRONMENT

  • ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Sample Manager FTN

CAUSE

Air in the fluidics lines. Bubble(s) seen in the syringe.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Sample Syringe leak test can fail directly after PM.

Transducer with fittings, tighten all in case that a leak has caused the air in the fluidics. If not able to get rid of leak, cut the ends of the PEEK tubing with PEEK cutter and tighten.
