Why do I get the 717 Autosampler error - "Car: could not position to vial" - WKB3808

ANSWER
This error means that the carriage drive is not able to position the carousel to the programmed vial position.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If power cycling does not clear the error and trying a different tray does not help, the carriage reader (WAT078584) or the carriage drive assembly (WAT078933) may need to be replaced.
