SYMPTOMS
- The e2695 serial number does not show up in the Empower node properties (Instrument tab) window
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance HPLC System
- 2695 Separations Module
- Empower 3
CAUSE
The serial number is not entered on the e2695.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Enter the serial number through the Service Utilities Diagnostic, found on the Diag screen on the e2695.
- Power-cycle the instrument and the Empower computer.
