ACQUITY module is grayed out in the ACQUITY console, but the ACQUITY module has green lights - WKB32636

SYMPTOMS

• Powered-on and -off  the BSM
• Pump has green lights 
• Can ping pump IP address through command prompt
• BSM is in console, but page is locked up and grayed out with no communication

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC
• ACQUITY UPLC BSM
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
• ACQUITY UPLC M-Class
• nanoACQUITY UPLC
• MassLynx
• NanoAcquity ASM

CAUSE

Console processes are locked and the computer needs a reboot to restart ACQUITY processes. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reboot the computer.
