600F transducer is not zeroing - WKB3255

SYMPTOMS

• Transducer is not zeroing when trying to make an adjustment.
• Pressure does not go below 1000 psi when trying to zero with no flow and tubing disconnected from transducer.
• System faults with "Over pressure".
• Pump transducer does not zero with a reboot.

ENVIRONMENT

• 510 HPLC Pump
• 600 pump
• 600 isocratic pump

CAUSE

Bad transducer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The pressure the transducer reads with no flow and no tubing attached could be different (not 1000 psi), but not 0 psi.
