SYMPTOMS
- High pressure on µBSM
- Pressure occurs only when flow control module is plumbed in-line
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY M-Class µBSM
CAUSE
Internal tubing on the µBSM from the A or B flow controller to the tee was replaced with tubing of an incorrect internal diameter.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Ensure that the following tubing is installed:
- 700011204 - Assy, Cap, Tube w/Frit 25 µm x 8" Flow Controller A to Tee
- 700011205 - Assy Cap, Tube w/Frit 25 µm x 18" Flow Controller B to Tee
