Delay observed when using CM-A in advanced mode - WKB300423

SYMPTOMS
- Valve positions in the column manager are incorrectly displayed after switching the valve (does not show as switched)
- Updates to ACQUITY console are slower for the CM-A when it is in advanced mode
- ACQUITY UPLC Column Manager-A can take several minutes or even overnight to update the ACQUITY Console with column switch, valve switch, or temperature changes
- MassLynx shows longer delays
- Delays may increase with column tags connected
- Seen with MassLynx with Firmware 1.70.25 (Driver Pack 2023 R1); not seen with Firmware 1.65 (Driver Pack 2022 R1)

CAUSE
Unknown - CRI-7909 has been created for investigation by engineering.
Note: This is a display issue. The valves switch and the temperatures change but the display does not update.
FIX or WORKAROUND
None. The Console will eventually update.
For MassLynx systems, Waters recommends downgrading the ICS to Driver Pack 2022 R1 (FW 1.65).
