CAUSE
Problems can arise when regional settings do not match on computers across an installation.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- This defect is noted in PCS 31712 and 32459. The explanation below is taken from the Waters Driver Pack 2016 Release 1 Release Notes.
- To prevent errors when setting sample and column temperature, ensure that the client and LAC/E use the same regional settings. For example, when setting the sample or column temperature, the value specified is multiplied by a factor of ten.
