- Response is decreasing.
- Injection accuracy is poor.
- Leak test for sample manager passes.
- Needle Seal Readiness Test passes.
ENVIRONMENT
AQUITY H-Class UPLC system
CAUSE
Possible air in the system.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Prime the wash solvent for 60 seconds and then purge solvent for 20 cycles.
