- Replacement of dual GPV and all pump tubing brought no improvement
- Other H-Class Bio systems in the lab do not show this issue
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY HPLC H-Class Bio
CAUSE
Bad actuator
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the actuator (700005409 - UPLC ACTUATOR, BIO QSM).
- Perform the pump leak test.
