SYMPTOMS

• “24V Fault” error message when running an instrument method with the column heater/cooler set to 25 °C or near room temperature 

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY Arc 
• Alliance Series Column Heater/Cooler

CAUSE

Power supply issue

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Contact the expert center and ask that your case be added to CRI-7310.
2. When a fix is in place (~Q3 of 2025), the new power supply information will be added to this article.
