Data acquisition does not start after making an injection - WKB28013

SYMPTOMS

• Injection set up without error
• Manual injection was made, and injector returned to load position
• Data acquisition does not begin
• No errors observed
• All components show status ok "yes" in node properties
• Reboot of PC and system does not resolve

ENVIRONMENT

• Breeze 2
• 1515 Isocratic HPLC Pump
• Manual injector
• 2489 UV/Visible Detector
• GC

CAUSE

The inject start cable is disconnected.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reconnect the inject start cable.
