SYMPTOMS
- Pump unable to prime
- Leak in the primary pump head's check valve housing
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance 2695
CAUSE
Cross-threaded check valve housing is causing a leak, preventing the pump from priming.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the check valve housing (700002332).
- Tighten all fittings and tubings along the flow path.
- Prime the pump and perform the compression check with a column.
