No bubbles seen in syringe
Reproducibility is satisfactory
Syringe is tight and intact

ENVIRONMENT

ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Sample Manager - FTN
ACQUITY UPLC I-Class Sample Manager - FTN
ACQUITY ARC Sample Manager - FTN
ACQUITY UPLC Premier Sample Manager - FTN
ACQUITY ARC Premier Sample Manager - FTN

CAUSE

Test was run in 100% acetonitrile.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change to 90:10 water:acetonitrile.
Prime the sample syringe a minimum of 60 cycles.
Retest.
