ACQUITY PDA or TUV pops tubing at flow cell inlet or post-column - WKB245305

SYMPTOMS

• Tubing keeps popping off, either at the flow cell inlet or post-column 
• No flow from outlet of PDa when a low flow (0.1 mL/min) is started, but tubing still pops, accompanied by a pressure increase of 3000 psi when flow cell is connected
• Ensure new tubing does not resolve issue per wkb93638

CAUSE

Blocked flow cell

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Flush the flow cell.  
2. If flushing doesn't resolve the issue, replace the flow cell.
