SYMPTOMS

• System precision fails to meet height specification
• New mobile phase and column do not resolve issue
• Passes specification when tested with pre-mixed mobile phase
• Replacing the GPV does not resolve

CAUSE

Leak at the primary inlet check valve filter

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the in-line filter (700002912 - ASSY, FILTER, IN-LINE, SS FRIT).
