No communication with Ethernet components in ChromScope - WKB237687

SYMPTOMS

• Alarm for 2545 and 2489 in ChromScope Run window
• Will not reset
• Will not re-populate DHCP after clearing and reboot of modules

ENVIRONMENT

• ChromScope
• Prep 150 LC System
• 2545 Quaternary Gradient Pump
• 2489 Dual-Wavelength Absorbance Detector

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Power-down all Ethernet modules.
2. Close out software and shut down PC.
3. Power-on modules and allow them to reach idle state.
4. Power-on PC and log in to Windows.
5. Re-launch ChromScope and check for alarms.
