CAUSE
Inject pod not seated correctly
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Run the park inject valve diagnostic to position the valve for correct insertion of the injection pod.
- Ensure that the grooves on the injection pod are in alignment before installing.
- Fully seat the injection pod into the valve before securing in place.
