SYMPTOMS
- Intermittent rotary tray move h/w errors when running from ACQUITY SO
- It may run 10-20 injections successfully before error
- Plates are configured properly
- Happens with well plates or vial trays
- All SM calibrations were done successfully
- No errors when running from tray 1 in SM
- No issues when running under MassLynx control

CAUSE
Defect in Waters DP2019R2/SCIEX OS Support Layer v1.1. The issue is resolved in DP2022R1/SCIEX OS Support Layer v1.2.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Upgrade to DP2022R1 and SCIEX OS Support Layer v 1.2 (see WKB125305 for details).
- Verify that instruments run properly without error.
