Waters has developed a Support Layer to facilitate control of ACQUITY UPLC systems on SCIEX OS. The latest version is below along with the supported Waters Instrument Control Software.
The currently supported versions and systems are listed below. See the Release Notes and System Guide links for complete details. The next release of SCIEX OS Support Layer is currently in development and is scheduled for release in Q4 2022. Waters highly recommends updating to the most current software release. If a previous version is required, please contact Waters for support.

- Please note that Classic ACQUITY systems have not been tested with SCIEX OS and therefore is not supported. We have, however, received reports of successful deployment from the field of Classic ACQUITY systems on SCIEX OS.
- nanoACQUITY systems have also not been tested with SCIEX OS and therefore is not supported
- SCIEX OS does not currently support 2 optical detectors within the same system
- SCIEX OS does not currently support switching between analytical and microscale LC systems without uninstalling/reinstalling drivers
- When upgrading from Analyst to SCIEX OS using the same PC, a reimage is required prior to installation
- Installation of Analyst and SCIEX OS on the same PC is not supported
