Sample Organizer is missing from the ACQUITY console - WKB125239

SYMPTOMS

• After a power outage and subsequent system startup, the CPSO is missing from the console modules
• CPSO is powered-on

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer

CAUSE

CPSO was removed from the sample manager in the console for an unknown reason during the power outage and reboot. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

CPSO must be re-added to the sample manager in the console:

1. Select the Sample Manager from the left-hand side panel of the ACQUITY Console. 
2. From the Configure drop-down menu, select Sample Organizer.
3. From the box that appears, select the CPSO serial number from the list. Press OK.
