- Accumulator pump fails dynamic leak test
- Primary Pump fails DLT, Accumulator passes consistently
- Random pressure drops during flow
- High-pressure seals and plunger are new
- Head and Seal wash housing are new

CAUSE
Faulty accumulator check valve
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the accumulator check valve.
- Prime the solvent line and run some flow to confirm stable system pressure and low pressure delta.
- Perform the dynamic leak test to ensure that the leak rate is within acceptable limits.
