SYMPTOMS
- Any solvent line is empty (filled with air) after not using the system for a while
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC BSM
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
CAUSE
The tubing from the solvent line is not correctly or tightly enough fitted into the degasser chamber.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Refit or retighthen the tubing so it is leak-free again.
- Prime the corresponding solvent line.
