High back pressure on all column paths - WKB223996

SYMPTOMS

• High back pressure on all column paths
• High back pressure without column 
• Tubing after the column can pop out

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Column Manager

CAUSE

The tubing after the second CM valve to the detector inlet is blocked.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Try cutting both ends of the tubing and backflushing. If it works, you're done.
2. Replace the tubing (700003443 - Tubing, .062 x 0.0025, PEEK, 60").
