- Issue is reproducible in ICS 1.73.2643, 2998 firmware 1.70.6363 (DP 2019 - DP 2021)
- Empower 3 FR4 Japanese
- Empower 3 FR5 SR4 Japanese
CAUSE
This is a translation issue in the driver. CRI-4141 was created and accepted in the backlog for development engineering. There is no planned timeline for the fix.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Create a separate instrument method and method set with the lamp turned off.
- Add this method set at the end of the sample set.
