- Lamp fails to light after initialization, may give Lamp lighting failure error
- "Shutter failed to home"

CAUSE
Possible air in the flow cell
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Flush the flow cell with 100% HPLC grade Methanol for at least 10 minutes.
- While flow is on , recycle power/ reboot the detector
- Wait for the detector to completely initialize.
